How do you play Sweet Dreams (are made of this) by Marilyn Manson?

i can play the song easily, but a minute into the song, the guitar gets funky like a duck is orgasming with the guitar. so what i’m asking is how to make my guitar sound like that?
is that a WA-pedal, vibrato, mass tremolo, or just a wicked whammy bar? if not simply a device, please provide a video as to how i can play the song at that particular part.
