i have a guitar hero 3 for ps3. i want to get the rock band game without buying the extra instruments that come w/ the bundle. i want 2 know if the guitar hero controller will work with rock band.

Tha makers of Rock Band had made a patch for it, but activision didnt want them to release it, for some wierd reason. Activision is to blame.
BTW haw can you play Rock Band without the drums?
