Does anyone know of this amazing classical guitar player?

I forget his name. I know he has a collection of Bach songs, including Wachet Auf. He’s pretty crazy; he adds trills and changes keys all the time. He’s absolutely fantastic and I’ve hear people call him the best. I think his name was something like perkins or something starting with a P. Sorry I don’t have more info.
