How do I enter the Unlock Everything cheat in Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock?

I got the Unlock Everything cheat for Guitar Hero 3 for Nintendo Wii off Gamespot.com but I need some help entering the cheat.Is there a certain way that you are supposed to strum the notes and is it a cheat that you turn On/Off? Please tell me anything that might help and please be thorough in your answer. Thanks!

To enter cheats, from the main menu go to Options -> Cheats -> Enter New Cheat. For each code, you have to strum while you press the given buttons. Notes in parenthesis are held together while you strum.
you said you already have the cheat but here it is again.

you can’t turn the cheat on/off. its always on, once everything is unlocked it stays unlocked.
