When reading a guitar tab, what does 2h3, for example, mean?

So I’m a guitarist and when I need a tab I just go online and look it up. But all too often I come across a tab that contains letters. For example, I’ll go to a tab, and see on the line, 2h3. Or 2h3/42 or some confusing pattern like that. Mu question is, what do those mean? And how do I play whatever they mean?

The h means you hammer-on to the next note and the line means that you slide to it
