Beginner shred guitar solos?

I have been playing guitar for around 2 years and am looking for beginner shred solos.

As a beginner, there are many things to consider other than just where to find solos. You absolutelty MUST start with basic tools and techniques.

Here are three things you MUST start with.

1) The right pick, you absolutely must be using a thick, glossy pick

2) The right Amp. Great sounds and sustain can be the difference between feeling it happen, and giving up. I highly suggest a line 6. Use the Insane setting

3) The right guitar I highly suggest any Ibanez

4) And the most important is the right metronome. A software based speed training metronome is a must. Just using a clicker is a waste.

I have had this DVD for about two years now, and even as advanced as I have become, I still use this DVD because it is full of shred solos from beginner to advanced that i’m still learning from.
