returning to Guitar playing after a long time whats the best value guitar for £200?

I would rather have a better second hand than a mediocre new one but I’ve lost touch with considered good and what to avoid.
I don’t want to spend a fortune but want something i can get some milage from.

Squire Strats/Teles are good, but I’d go with the other bods & recommend a Yamaha Pacifica 112. If you pick one up secondhand you should be able to afford a set of really good pick-ups, like Seymour Duncans, or DiMarzio. Then you’ll ROCK!
