How to distinguish a good guitarist/bassist/drummer for not so good one?

I need to know how to distiguish between the talented and not so talented. How can I tell if a guitarist, bassist, and drummer are really talented?

Ive played with alot of musicians and alot of people can make you say “wow” when they play alone but they suck when jamming with other people. the main way to tell if they are good is if they can keep a beat really well, if they can adjust their playing to what the others are doing really well (slowing down then speeding up) and if they are good at open jams. “lets all just jam something in the key of E” if they can do all those things. they are good. If someone can shred a wicked solo but cant do any of the above, then he is no good.
