i wanna clean my iPod Touch… as in, the icons, the applications, and stuff. i blame Installer. i need Help?

So here’s the thing, I downloaded installer and got all these cool apps. Andthen Band stopped working, Guitar Hero, Mobile Twitter. Racing Thunder, and iPhysics wont work properly.
And the rest i just dont want! The Installer application wont work. Everytime i open it, it just goes blank. I want to uninstall all the other applications. But i can’t because Installer doesn’t work I feel like crying, it’s taking up so much memory, I mean comeon.
I tried to download Z iPhone again, but it wouldn’t work ‘cuz it said i needed Microsoft .NET framework 2.0. And i did download it, but it’s not working for some reason.
I really need help with this, how do I get Installer to work again? Atleast so i can uninstall the other applications. And do any of you guys know a good site so I can download Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 ?
I tried, and there are no X’s on any of the icons when they start shaking. Also, how do I get it to be a 2.2 ?

It will start to shake
Then x it out
