How do I play guitar hero on wii without the the guitar?

I love playing guitar hero and i am really good at it but i dont know how to use the guitar. I have just recently bought a wii and i was just wondering if anyone knew how to use it without the guitar. since the wii controller isnt like the the xbox 360 controller.

It’s something like (when held in NES controller position):

D-Pad Right = Green
A = Red
B = Yellow
1 = Blue
2 = Orange
D-Pad Up = Star Power
Shake = Whammy

And like with other non-Guitar controllers, every note is treted as a HOPO.
