Who would you say is the best modern metal guitar player today?

Im looking into learning some metal/hard rock for guitar. players with good technique and just overall style, and mainly because guitar solos in modern music (longer than 10 seconds anyway) have sort of gone “out”. cheers

alexi laiho from children of bodem, he has sutch a huge talent
corey taylor from trivium, some great riffs and fast solos
matt heafy from trivium riping rythm and leads
michael ammot from arch enemy, fast as hell
willie adler from lamb of god he has a diferent sound from any other player.

these are my favourites, but believe me that alexi laiho is the best in technical terms.
