Help with garage sale pricing on items?
I’m planning on having a garage sale this up coming Saturday.
I’m unsure on what to price things.
I’m saving up for a new $300 camera, and this will be a start.
I have a lot of stuff everything from:
movies
dvd racks
cds
jewelry
cd roms
clothes
an older tv
vcr
dvd
possibly an electric guitar and amp [never used]
books
ipod player
sunglases
keyboard
shoes
and maybe even more
What would most people pay for these items?

movies – VHS? 50 cents or $1
dvd racks – cheap ones? $5
cds – $2/$3
jewelry – depends on what it is
cd roms – not much – people don’t use them much any more
clothes – depends on size, condition, brand names, etc, but kids brand name kids clothes go for more than adult clothing
an older tv – What size? – large, maybe $25, small, maybe $10
vcr – $5-$10
dvd – $2/$3
possibly an electric guitar and amp [never used] – uncertain
books – paperback, 25-50 cents, hard cover 50 cents – $1
ipod player
sunglases – cheapos – $1
keyboard – $25 – $50
shoes – depends on condition and brand
and maybe even more
