How to find the perfect first guitar?
I want to play the guitar as a hobby and i need some help choosing a good guitar. I have no experience with guitars, but i need to buy one within a few months for a class i signed up for. My budget is about $100-150.
It seems like theres different types of woods for specific parts, different number of strings, different dimensions, and companies, but i have no clue what any of them mean.

You might want to trade up later on to a strat.
