Folk songs to play guitar for people?

I'm going to UNI soon and bring my acoustic guitar. Most of the stuff I play is a kind of dark, and I want to be able to play a little fun, popular songs that people can enjoy and sing along a. I'm thinking like acoustic versions pop songs, for example. Umbrella Any suggestions? Thanks! =)
