What’s a good age to start learning to play guitar? Trying to teach my child.?

She really has the desire, and I think that’s very good, but lacks coordination in her hands and gets very frustated. She is 8. Do you think that’s too young?

I started learning when I was 8 too. I found it very frustrating because I wanted to be able to play tunes straight away without really learning all the chords. Its probably best if you limit lessons to 30mins of so. That way you will be able to maintain her concentration better. I got there eventually
