Best current games and upcoming games for xbox 360?

im really interested in fps games (i.e gears of war) and rpg games (i.e. final fantasy) and football, basketball games and i was wondering what games now and upcoming games in the future would be great for xbox 360?
current games I have now:
halo 2
gears of war
Guitar hero 2
DOA 4
Oblivion
NBA Homecourt
Deadrising
lost plant
and farcry
ofcourse halo, its alrdy been like SUPER hyped, forgot gears of war was third pereson i like those too =D
